End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This EULA governs your use of the XiPlay player software ("Software"). By installing or running the Software you agree to these terms.

1. License grant

Subject to an active license and payment, XiPlay grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to run the Software on the number of devices you have licensed. One license covers one device, identified by its hardware MAC address.

2. Restrictions

• Do not reverse-engineer, tamper with, or circumvent the Software's licensing.
• Do not run unlicensed devices beyond the trial period.
• Do not redistribute the Software except under an authorized reseller agreement.

3. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. XiPlay retains all intellectual-property rights.

4. Updates

We may provide updates to improve security and functionality. A license unlocks the full software with no feature tiers or add-ons.

5. Termination

This license terminates if you breach it or your license lapses. On termination, a device returns to its unlicensed state and stops collecting new content (it continues to display its last cached layout).
