Hospitality digital signage, driven by your Xibo® CMS

Lobby walls, wayfinding and F&B menu boards with scheduled, multi-zone content, on players silent enough for a suite.

XiPlay turns BrightSign® players into menu boards, lobby walls and wayfinding screens managed from your own Xibo® CMS, with dayparting switching breakfast, lunch and dinner menus automatically and multi-zone layouts mixing menus, video and live information on one screen.

Hospitality spaces punish noisy, unreliable hardware. BrightSign® players are fanless and solid-state: there is nothing to hear in a quiet lobby and no fan to clog above a kitchen pass. If the property network drops during service, cached content keeps looping until it returns.

Questions

Hospitality signage questions

Can menu boards switch automatically between breakfast, lunch and dinner?

Yes, that's Xibo® dayparting. You schedule each menu layout against times of day in your Xibo® CMS and the player switches on cue, every day, per screen or per group of screens.

Are the players quiet enough for guest areas?

Yes. BrightSign® players are solid-state and fanless, so there are no moving parts, so they're silent in lobbies, restaurants and suites, and there's no fan to fail in warm mounting positions.

Can one screen show a menu, video and live info at the same time?

Yes. Xibo® multi-zone layouts split a screen into regions (menu list, promo video, ticker), and XiPlay renders the full Xibo® widget set on the player.
