Does our content pass through XiPlay's servers?
No. Content flows directly between your Xibo® CMS and your players over XMDS. XiPlay's platform handles licensing and fleet management only. It never sees, stores or proxies your media.
Can regional offices manage their own screens?
Yes. The portal has role-based team access. Group players by site, invite the local team with member roles, and they manage their own screens while administrators keep the full-estate view.
How do we handle screens across timezones?
Scheduling is done in your Xibo® CMS, which handles per-display timezones, so each player shows the right content for its local time, and the portal tracks health and last-seen per device wherever it is.
