Claim & name devices
The XiPlay portal (at xiplay.app) is where you manage which devices you own and which are licensed. Content is separate, and lives in Xibo®.
- 1 Sign in and go to Players.
- 2 Enter the device's MAC (shown on its activation screen) to claim it into your organization.
- 3 Give it a name and place it on a site.
Roles & team access
An account is an organization with multiple users and roles, so staff turnover never strands your players.
- Owner: billing and everything, including transferring or closing the organization.
- Admin: manage devices and licenses, but not billing methods.
- Billing: invoices and payment method only.
- Viewer: read-only visibility of all players.
Player health & last-seen
The dashboard shows device counts, online / last-seen status, and licensed-vs-demo-vs-expired at a glance, with the demo countdown per trial device, so you spot a screen that's gone quiet before anyone else does.
